AI & KDP guidance

AI can assist a workflow. The publisher still decides what to use, checks the work and submits the final book.

How the workflow works

Prepared prompts. Your tool. Your review.

  1. Choose editable settings and prepare a prompt for the step you are working on.
  2. Use an AI tool of your choice, then import and review its result. An API connection is optional; a third-party provider may charge separately.
  3. Review facts, rights, originality, formatting and listing information before export and submission.

A completed export is not an approval by KDP. Check current requirements in your own KDP account before publishing.
